Martifer has achieved a niche in the Expo 2008 by building the Spanish Pavilion. It is an environmentally and energetically sustainable building that looks like a forest of poplar trees formed by metal pillars. Martifer took 5 months to complete this job, in which 1,500 tons of metal were used. It occupies an area of 5,400 m².
